What is the venue like?
This is a one stop venue! The ceremony is outside and the reception will be at the same place with a covered pavilion. Ladies, please were wedges or flats since there is a lot of grass. There are two flushing toilets, designated smoking areas and grass parking
Are kids allowed?
We love all your kiddios, however we are not allowed to have more than 10 children at the venue. Only those from out of state or country will be able to attend
Am I allowed a guest/date?
Although we would like to invite everyone, it will be on your invitation if you and a guest are invited
Are there colors to avoid?
All colors are welcome; except for the obvious white and cream. Ladies, if you would like to wear white capri slacks that is okay
When to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by July 12th, 2025
There will not be a seat(s) reserved for you and or your party if we do not receive your RSVP
When do I arrive?
The ceremony stars promptly at 3:30
Please arrive by 3:15 to ensure you are parked and seated
If late you will be standing until the ceremony is over
What food will be served?
Wood Fired Pizza is the menu! Gluten free, vegan and dairy free pizza are available upon request. Please let us know in the RSVP form if you have a dietary restriction
Will there be drinks?
There will be beer, wine, and cider provided by us. We also have non-alcoholic beverages for your enjoyment
Where to park?
There is a grass field to park your vehicle. Signs to the ceremony site will be posted along the back tree line

There are many places to stay in Bellingham. We have a few hotels listed on our lodging page
